Description
This darling nursery rhyme illustration was found in an antique Victorian children’s book and would be perfect for a nursery or children’s room. The nursery rhyme reads:
DANCE, little baby, dance up high,
Never mind, baby, mother is by:
Crow and caper, caper and crow,
There, little baby, there you go;
Up to the ceiling, down to the ground,
Backwards and forwards, round and round,
Dance, little baby, and mother will sing,
With the merry carol, ding, ding, ding!
The color illustration is printed on satin photo paper, then framed behind glass in a brown frame with gold inside edge. The back is finished with craft paper and a sawtooth hanger.
