This schooner painting is a little more primitive than some of our others. We really love this one for the sentiment it reveals as a mother and child wave to the ship’s seafarers. A waving handkerchief was symbolic of fidelity and romance. Reproduction print of the original 19th c. oil painting by unknown artist.
Standard Frames: Each high-resolution image is printed in-house with archival quality ink on matte canvas, board-mounted, then treated with a special varnish to give it a more authentic oil painting look. Each work is custom framed in our shop, and the back is finished with craft paper and a sawtooth hook or wire hanger.
Decorative Boxes: Depending on box choice, the print may be framed behind glass on the box top OR printed directly on the top of the box
