Our Tin Military Canteen is an accurate reproduction of those used in Early American times, especially during the Revolutionary War. Features a twisted rope handle that allows it to hang to 22″ long. The wooden cork stays attached to the canteen by a leather string. This canteen is suitable for display or decorative purposes, but is NOT food/liquid-safe or re-enactor quality. A great historical decor item or gift for a history buff.
